Resorts World Genting (Abbreviation: RWG), originally known as Genting Highlands Resort is an integrated hill resort development comprising hotels, shopping malls, theme parks and casinos, perched on the peak of Mount Ulu Kali at 1,800 meters high near the border between the states of Pahang and Selangor, Malaysia.

Context & Challenges
The following content is a selection of creative items produced as management consulting for the video part of the Genting campaign named Color Your Life, From Sunset to Sunrise. Based in Malaysia on the north side of Kuala Lampur highlands, the Resorts World Genting is a popular place providing family-oriented entertainments and experiences at the cutting edge of technology (E.G: The VOID, futuristic Hyper-Reality experiences developed in partnership with Lucasfilm, ILMxLAB). The main objective of this campaign was to improve the brand’s visibility among Chinese audience. This presentation includes only short extracts of the video storyline, video storyboard, visual language and art direction; the others strategic parts are confidential and will be not shown on this portfolio.
Services & Infrastructures
In order to experience the services and infrastructures, to “know”, “understand” and “feel” better the actual offer, we had a 2-days visit on-site. This exploration was extremely important to create the listing of strengths and key elements to be highlighted into the campaign; but also the list of pain points and not consistent services to be removed from the communication strategy.
